Delivery times displayed on the website or app are estimates and may change because of traffic, weather, order volume, product availability, operational conditions or events outside our reasonable control.

Delivery Charges

Any applicable delivery charge will be displayed to the customer before the order is placed.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address and a reachable mobile number. Where delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or the address is incorrect, cancellation or re-delivery conditions may apply.
